Program Installation Steps and
Associated Costs
- Organization conducts internal review of policies and procedures
(cost born by organization)
- One time licensing fee and one set of all Instructional Guides: $3,500
- Optional onsite program orientation and training program for organizational
leadership: $2,500 + expenses (click here
for program description)
- Training organizational trainers and technical consultation via distance
learning per trainer: $149 (exclusive of Certified QPR Gatekeeper Instructor
self-study program).
- Training clinical staff in either QPRT Suicide Risk Management Inventory
or QPR Suicide Triage course:
* You train: $50 per person for course materials, manuals and certificate
* We train via online courses: $149 per person (includes course materials,
manuals and certificates).
- Volunteer and support staff training:
* You train: $1.50 per person (booklet and card)
* We train via CD-ROM per person: $29.95
- Program monitoring, annual review and report to governance (cost
born by organization)
