Frequently asked questions about our online courses
QUESTION:
How does the course work?
ANSWER: Very simply. The student registers and pays for the
course materials with one secure online credit card payment. Checks may be mailed
to us as well. Course materials (CD-ROM, videos, and hard copy material) are
mailed immediately, and the student is enrolled by the time the course materials
arrive. The student clicks on the course URL, enters some identifying information
and follows the step-by-step instructions. When the student has finished the
course, he or she emails the instructor and, if the course is successfully
passed, a certificate of Course Completion is mailed to the student.
QUESTION: May I communicate with the
instructor?
ANSWER: Yes. Email links are established immediately between
instructor and student. Questions are welcomed. You may also call the instructor
if you like, although catching him or her "in the office" cannot be
guaranteed.
QUESTION: Are there tests?
ANSWER: Yes. Both a pre- and post-course Quiz on the subject
matter is offered, although the student's employer or supervisor may only request
the post-test to be passed. To receive a Certificate of Course Completion, a
score of 75% items correct is required.
QUESTION: If I fail the quiz, may I
retake it?
ANSWER: Yes. Just notify your instructor that you wish to retake
the quiz and your old score will be erased.

other students detract from my training experience?

of the course, are there other things I will be required to do?
