Thank you for completing the QPR Gatekeeper Training Program!

This QPR Certification Program is for those who have completed the basic one hour QPR Gatekeeper Training program and wish to receive a Certificate of Course Completion.

To receive your Certificate of Course Completion please follow these instructions:

  1. Register Online - register through our secure online shopping cart. Your cost is $12, postage is free.
  2. Once registered and your payment has been submitted the QPR Gatekeeper Quiz Entry Page will open.
  3. Log on to the quiz, fill out a few simple items, complete the 12 item quiz and submit. We require a 75% passing grade for certification. You can make as many attempts as you need to pass. This does not license you to become a Certified QPR Gatekeeper Instructor. If you would like to become a QPR Gatekeeper Instructor please click here.
  4. When you have passed the quiz you will be notified immediately.
  5. A Certificate of Course completion with your name and the name of your Certified Instructor will be mailed to the address provided..

Please note: We recommend that you re-read the QPR booklet you received in your training program at least annually or attend another QPR training session. Thank you.
