Thank you for attending the QPR Suicide Triage Training Course! This program is taught in approximately 8 hours in a classroom or seminar setting, either in a single day, or over several sessions.

When you pass this quiz, you will receive a Certificate of Course Completion from the QPR Institute which states:

(Your name) has completed 8 hours of suicide triage training and has successfully passed a competency knowledge quiz on this subject matter.

To receive your Certificate of Course Completion you must:

  1. Sign up for the quiz/certificate and make payment
  2. Once payment has been received, the QPR Triage Quiz Entry Page will open.
  3. Complete the required data fields and take the quiz. Feedback is instantaneous, and you may retake the quiz as many times as you like. We do not provide answers to failed items.
  4. Upon successful passing of the quiz, a Certificate of Course Completion with your name and the name of your Certified Instructor will be mailed to the address you provided.

Your agency may request or require that you print the test score page and give it to your supervisor or other persons as directed. For test security reasons, the quiz cannot be copied and/or downloaded. Quiz items are changed from time to time, and randomly reordered on an intermittent schedule.
