This QPR Certification Program is for those who have completed the basic one hour QPR Gatekeeper Training program and wish to receive a Certificate of Course Completion.

To receive your Certificate of Course Completion please follow these instructions:

  1. Register Online - register through our secure online shopping cart. Your cost is $11, plus $2 shipping.
  2. Once registered and your payment has been submitted the QPR Gatekeeper Quiz Entry Page will open.
  3. Log on to the quiz, fill out a few simple items, complete the 12 item quiz and submit. We require a 75% passing grade for certification. You can make as many attempts as you need to pass.   4. When you have passed the quiz you will be notified immediately.
  5. A Certificate of Course completion with your name and the name of your Certified Instructor will be mailed to the address provided..

Please note: We recommend that you re-read the QPR booklet you received in your training program at least annually or attend another QPR training session. Thank you.
